About this Position: This role is responsible for supporting payroll and benefits operations across a multi-country environment, ensuring payroll accuracy, data integrity, and effective employee support. Working within the People Operations team, the position manages outsourced payroll processes, supports benefits administration, and contributes to process improvements across global operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payroll activities across multiple countries with outsourced providers
  • Manage payroll inputs, validations, and reporting processes
  • Support employee benefits administration and provider liaison
  • Resolve payroll and benefits queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Maintain employee data within HR systems and support reporting requirements
  • Support compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams and external payroll partners

Experience Required:

  • Payroll and/or benefits administration experience
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of data and multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to global payroll, SAP, or SuccessFactors beneficial
