Purpose of the Role
- To maximise Critical Power sales opportunities within the London region by developing strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal specialist teams, and promoting Critical Power solutions across key market sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop Critical Power sales opportunities within the London area.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Critical Power products, applications, and solutions.
- Manage quotations and commercial proposals through to order placement.
- Act as a technical specialist, working closely with Pre-Sales and Expert Services teams.
- Present Critical Power solutions to end users, consultants, contractors, and specifiers.
- Support cross-business opportunities across Energy Storage, Power Control & Safety, and Energy Efficiency.
- Understand project-based versus channel-based sales models.
- Monitor competitor activity and articulate technical and commercial advantages.

Education & Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer within the Critical Power sector.
- Proven experience selling UPS and STS systems.
- Experience with IT channels or specialist Power VARs is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required by the business.
