  • Install, commission, maintain, and repair transformer components, electrical equipment, and associated systems at customer sites.
  • Diagnose faults, perform root-cause analysis, and carry out corrective actions to ensure reliable operation.
  • Use testing and measurement equipment to verify system performance and compliance with technical requirements.
  • Support assembly, service, and maintenance activities in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
  • Prepare accurate service reports and technical documentation following site visits and maintenance activities.
  • Provide professional technical support to customers on-site and remotely, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company quality, health & safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

What you bring to the table:

  • A technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline (e.g. electrician, electrical technician, or similar).
  • Practical experience in service, maintenance, commissioning, or field operations within an industrial or engineering environment.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
  • A customer-focused attitude with confident communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required and a valid driving licence.
