Are you an experienced leader with a background in mechanical and electrical assembly? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee machine build, assembly, and commissioning at our clients facility in Crawley, This is a key leadership role ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities: * Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer acceptance standards. * Review and interpret manufacturing packs and technical drawings. * Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Purchasing, and Stores to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment. * Assign and monitor tasks for Mechanical and Electrical Fitters, including supervision of subcontractors. * Manage Health & Safety procedures, lifting equipment documentation, and subcontractor inductions. * Oversee inspection, testing, commissioning support, and final buyoff before customer handover. Experience required: * Qualifications: HNC in Engineering (or equivalent experience). * Experience: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, robotic and/or pneumatic systems—ideally in the automotive or powertrain environment. * Technical skills: Competence in MS Office (Excel intermediate level)
