Responsibilities:
- Own the technical success of one or more engineering projects, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, including requirements, hardware, software, mechanical, and CAD engineers.
- Ensure projects run smoothly, achieving financial targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Review and approve technical documentation and electrical control panel designs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards.
- Provide clear, accurate reporting on project progress, risks, and opportunities for additional work.
Experience required:
- A strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical design, particularly control panel design.
- Experience in regulated sectors such as Nuclear, Medical, Rail Safety, or Aviation.
