We re Hernshead Recruitment, an Advanced Engineering, Power and Automation agency, and we are looking for a recent grad or someone entirely new to sales who has the right raw materials to be brilliant. We will teach you the industry, how to manage the recruitment cycle, and how to build your market. But we can t teach DNA. To make it here, you need to be wired a certain way.
