At Hernshead Recruitment we specialise in Advanced Engineering, Automation & Renewable Energy supporting clients across the UK, Europe & USA. We\\\’re looking for someone to join us as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This is a sales focused desk where resilience, patience and drive are key. You will need to be comfortable with the challenges of building a market, but the rewards are significant. We are open to ambitious graduates and career changers even if you have never worked in recruitment or sales before. If you are determined, motivated and keen to learn we will give you the training, support and platform to build a successful career. You\\\’ll be working alongside existing recruiters to source, interview and manage candidates alongside identifying and winning clients.
