The Project Engineer (Mechanical / E&I) is responsible for the successful delivery of custom-built compressor packages to industrial clients, managing projects from initiation through to completion while acting as the primary technical and commercial interface.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of custom-built compressor packages, acting as the main point of contact for client interfacing throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan, schedule, control, and monitor project activities to meet critical milestones and deadlines.
- Liaise directly with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and met, including:
- In-house specifications
- Regulatory and compliance requirements
- Material and design standards (e.g. ASME VIII, PD5500)
- Electrical and instrumentation industry standards
Education
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, demonstrable industry experience in a similar role.
