The role: We re embedding a dedicated Delivery Consultant with one of our key US Defence clients a genuine partnership account with a consistent pipeline of engineering roles to fill.
No business development.
Your job is pure delivery, done to a high standard: * Source and headhunt engineering talent across niche defence and advanced technology markets * Qualify candidates properly the roles are technical and the bar is high * Run the full interview process end to end, from first call to offer and onboarding * Build deep knowledge of one client s teams, technologies and hiring managers, rather than spreading yourself across twenty accounts * Keep candidates warm, informed and moving in this market, speed and communication win Because you re embedded with a single strategic client, you ll get something most resourcers don t: a seat close to the client, real influence over how they hire, and the chance to become the person they trust to deliver.
