The role: We re looking for an experienced recruiter to focus purely on delivery for one of our key US Defence clients, a strategic partnership account with a steady pipeline of technical engineering roles.
This is a role we re happy to shape around the right person: part-time, school hours, condensed days or flexible working patterns are all on the table.
What matters is the quality of delivery, not when you re sat at a desk.
You ll: * Source and headhunt niche engineering talent across defence and advanced technology markets * Qualify thoroughly and run interview processes end to end you already know how; you ll just do it without a BD target hanging over you * Work closely with one client s hiring managers, building the kind of embedded relationship most recruiters never get time for * Bring the judgement of an experienced recruiter to an account where getting it right matters No business development.
