We are working with a leading Automated Solutions Provider within the Automotive Industry who are looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects, supporting the design, development, and commissioning of automation systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement control systems for automated equipment and production lines
  • Program and configure PLCs using Schneider Unity
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of control systems
  • Support commissioning activities on-site, including start-up and optimisation
  • Prepare technical documentation, including software specifications and system reports
