Based in Buckinghamshire, Ayelsbury, the team is a diversely skilled, hands-on and deeply technical. As part of the talented team you'll be calibrating and challenging every build, developing your own materials and undergoing jobs that require real problem solving - far beyond standard "button-pressing" printing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, orient and optimise CAD files for SLA, SLS and MJF production, including nesting and build planning.
- Support end-to-end workflow: machine setup, monitoring, and coordination across changing build schedules.
- Collaborate with finishing teams to maintain consistent quality and throughput.
- Perform routine calibration checks, log parameters and drive continuous optimisation.
- Work in a multi-skilled environment with a 50/50 split between programming and hands-on work.
Experience Required:
- AM build-prep experience (Magics strongly preferred).
- Background in 3D printing with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high accuracy workflows similar to motorsport or automotive supply.
- A track record of high standards, ownership, and working as a top performer within a team.
