Herne Bay High School in Kent is seeking a Sixth Form Year Manager to support students on their journey through the Post-16 phase. You will work closely with students, families and staff to promote high aspirations, wellbeing, attendance and outcomes.
As part of a term-time plus role, you will contribute to UCAS processes, sixth form transitions and pastoral care while maintaining reliable records and collaborating with teaching and pastoral teams to help students achieve their goals.
