Since 1849, we\’ve been trusted to represent some of the area\’s most beautiful homes, combining exceptional service with creative marketing that stands out.
We\’re now looking to take our visual storytelling to the next level, and that\’s where you come in.
The Opportunity
We\’re seeking a freelance videographer with genuine creative flair and a professional eye for detail. This isn\’t about standard property walk-throughs we\’re looking for someone who can bring personality, atmosphere, and storytelling into each shoot, helping both the property and our brand shine online.
This is an ongoing freelance opportunity with direct referrals for all new instructions across our sales and lettings teams — over 400 potential shoots per year. We\’re looking to build a long-term relationship with a go-to creative partner who can grow alongside our expanding digital presence.
What You\’ll Do
- Capture high-quality video content of homes across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan using professional recording equipment (i.e SLR teamed with gimbal).
- Edit and produce polished, engaging property films that align with our brand tone and style.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing and photography teams to develop creative concepts and new ideas.
- Use editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Stay ahead of visual trends to help evolve how we present homes and lifestyle.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience producing creative video content, ideally within property, architecture, lifestyle, or brand storytelling.
- Strong editing and post-production skills using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Access to your own professional video equipment (DSLR/SLR with wide lens, stabilising gimbal essential). Please note due to the calibre of videos required iphone/smart phones will not be an acceptable form of video shoots.
- Drone licence and experience are highly desirable but not essential.
- Your own reliable transport and ability to travel between Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
