Glass Factory Worker – Full Time, Immediate Start

💰 £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.94

We’re a family‑run glass factory, making windows and glazing units for over 30 years. We’re looking for a strong, reliable person to join our team as a Trainee Glass Worker.

What You’ll Do

• Lift and move glass and window units
• Learn to measure, cut, and handle glass safely
• Learn basic welding
• Help with glazing and UPVC window production
• Keep your work area tidy and follow safety rules

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong and reliable, happy to work hard
• Comfortable standing and lifting heavy items all day
• Some experience in a physical job helps (warehouse, construction, factory)
• Good attention to detail and comfortable measuring items accurately.
• Keen to learn new skills and build a long‑term career
