We are recruiting for a Sales & Service Assistant to join our Bond Street store - looking after our Maison Metier.

Key responsibilities

As a Sales & Service Assistant within Bond Street, you will provide excellent service to all clients.

Assist colleagues with sales to support the store's turnover.

Demonstrate the house's values to clients and colleagues.

Develop an understanding of the culture and values of the house.

  • Contribute to the store's turnover through selling.
  • Show warmth and patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Handle customer requests efficiently, ensuring good communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Learn about after-sales support processes.
  • Familiarize yourself with merchandise to improve product knowledge.
  • Understand Maison Metier deeply.
  • Client
  • Maintain strong communication during selling and after sales.
  • Practice active listening to understand and build loyalty with clients.
  • Accurately record and manage client data in CRM systems.
  • Standards
  • Participate actively in store communications, such as daily briefings.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain store standards and adhere to daily procedures.
  • Handle merchandise with care.
  • Follow house procedures consistently.
  • Learn visual merchandising basics for both front and back of house areas.
  • Regularly replenish stock and organize products.
  • Familiarize yourself with all metiers.

  • Participate in and complete all training provided.
  • Share learnings with colleagues and convey knowledge proactively to clients.
