Key Areas of Responsibility
- Reporting & Data Management: The Sales Analyst Intern will support the Sales and Marketing teams through accurate reporting and effective data management, including but not limited to:
- Weekly sales reporting
- Updating retailer stock files and retail stock trackers
- Order tracking and maintenance
- Updates to SISO reporting and analysis
- Ad hoc reporting requests
- HQ reporting for launch decks
- Key Pillar Tracker Sell-Out Tracking & Reporting: Pulling, consolidating and analysing sell-out data end-to-end
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of annual retail reporting templates, including weekly retail and KPI trackers
- Preparing monthly and quarterly global reports
- Tracking and reporting on incentives and new product launches
- Assisting with the creation of quarterly brand newsletters, incorporating cross-functional updates including: Product launches, Marketing support, VM updates, Stock availability, Retail initiatives
- PO Management & Administrative Support: Creation and management of annual Purchase Orders (POs)
- Liaising with suppliers to support and manage the PO process
- Monitoring monthly goods receptions and ensuring follow-up where required
- Tracking and managing Perfect Scents commission reporting
- Retail & Account Support: Supporting the growth and success of key retail accounts, including the Top 5 Retailers
- Assisting with assortment planning and implementation
- Monitoring out-of-stock (OOS) lines and communicating updates to retailers and internal stakeholders to help maintain optimal stock availability
- Supporting new door requests and account amendments
- Additional Responsibilities: Supporting product launch processes and internal/external communications, including the creation of New Line Forms
- Assisting with credit note follow-up and administration
- Collaborating cross-functionally to provide business performance insights that support Marketing, Training, Retail and Commercial teams
Profile:
- Advanced Excel and numerical/data analysis skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Takes ownership and accountability for tasks and responsibilities
- Able to manage workload effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner without close supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently undertaking a related BS or Masters degree.
