Join to apply for the HR Administrator role at Hermès. We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the team on a 9‑month fixed term contract. This role is based in our brand new Head Office in Mayfair, 5 days a week.
Role Mission
Hermès GB Ltd are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team. This role will take ownership of all online and offline administration across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on managing the process between contract to onboarding for all new starters as well as internal moves across the subsidiary, including our new Maison. Providing comprehensive support, the HR Administrator will be a central point of support between Core HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development – coordinating project work as needed and taking responsibility for data retention and data integrity, both digitally, within our Oracle system, and physical assets.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Systems and Onboarding: Prepare employee contracts, offer letters, and letters to confirm employment changes. Compile and send out employee new starter contract packs & checklists. Work closely with Recruitment and L&D to ensure a seamless onboarding process for all new starters. Accurate maintenance of employee files – on our HR system files. Ensure accuracy on our HR System, ensuring all employee changes, as well as promotions and secondments are completed in a timely manner.
- HR and Employee Relations: Immigration tracking for proof of right to work, support with employment letters relating to visa applications. Preparation of lower-level employee relations cases with guidance from HR Manager. Support in tracking of employee holiday and sickness absences.
- General Administration and HR Projects: Stay up to date on filing and employee trackers. Completing monthly GDPR and data retention checks to ensure we are compliant with regulations. General administrative support to HR Team. Supporting and coordinating ad‑hoc projects. Support HR Assistant in sending touchpoint cards monthly.
