We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Fulfilment Supervisor to join our team at Barnsley Fulfilment.
You’ll lead a team of up to 10 Warehouse Operatives, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, productivity targets are achieved and high standards of quality and service are maintained.
What You’ll Do

Lead Your Team: Supervise, motivate and support Warehouse Operatives to achieve operational targets.

Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs, productivity and throughput to deliver results.

Maintain Service Standards: Ensure client service levels are met and orders are processed efficiently.

Coach and Develop: Train colleagues, conduct one-to-ones and support continuous improvement.

Health & Safety: Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment.

Operational Excellence: Ensure equipment, workstations and reporting are maintained to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or retail.

The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

An understanding of KPIs and operational performance.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
