Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated, organised and reliable Sales & Service Support Assistant who will focus on Aftercare to join our Cadogan Store. This is a 12-month fixed-term (maternity cover) contract.
Role Mission
In this role, you will manage client aftersales and Aftercare, ensuring interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional customer service. You will also support operational excellence by assisting with till procedures, store maintenance, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth store operations and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify repairs within Hermès guidelines and diagnose products.
- Coordinate with craftsmen and organize collections.
- Complete repair forms accurately and log repairs in the digital platform (H-Care).
- Ensure products are clean and presentable after repairs.
- Process transactions at POS, collect payments, and support team on aftersales processes.
- Monitor lead times and maintain store and aftercare standards.
- Manage customer service emails, follow up on inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Support till controls during opening and closing, ensure accurate cash handling.
- Coordinate store maintenance and manage staff scheduling to optimize sales coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience in administration or operations, preferably retail.
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Excel and IT tools.
- Team player, with management experience appreciated.
