We are looking for a Day Shift Supervisor to come and join the Belfast Evri family that share our passion and drive to delight our customers.
Are you ready to be part of a brand-new site from day one who can help to shape the culture and success of the depot?
Joining our Depot Management Team you will be working alongside the Day Shift Manager supporting the Depot, your working week will be any 5 days over 7 typically starting 07:00 15:00 or 15:00 23:00
Interested? We are looking for someone who can
- Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Loaders to deliver a smooth, efficient shift
Plan rotas, managing holidays, and keep everything running like clockwork
Support transport operations and ensuring driver compliance
Monitor performance, productivity, and safety standards
Drive quality, reducing mis-sorts and damages, and hitting key KPIs
Coach and develop your team to be their best
Keep the depot safe, secure, and compliant at all times
Manage people processes like onboarding, absence, and recognition
Essential skills and experience required:
- Strong operational knowledge and supervisory experience
Great communication and leadership skills
Confidence with data, reports, and performance metrics
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the go
PC literate (Excel, email, systems)
IOSH (desirable but not essential)
Experience in a transport or warehouse environment is a big plus
