We are hiring a front-end focused Full-Stack Developer to support our RTI, On-Chain Data Analysis, and/or PMS team. This role is centered on building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and data visualizations to aid our researchers and traders. You will take ideas—such as visualizing upcoming listings or airdrops—and turn them into fully functioning, user-friendly front-end applications. From gathering requirements and creating appealing UI/UX designs to deploying production-ready applications, you will help shape the look, feel, and performance of our internal tools and public-facing platforms. Candidates with leadership experience will be considered for a lead role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with researchers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and craft user interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing.
  • Build and maintain front-end components that handle large datasets and real-time data updates efficiently.
  • Leverage data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Observable Plot) to present complex analytics in an accessible manner.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for front-end and microservice integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Guide junior developers, review code, and promote front-end best practices (clean code, documentation, testing) across the team.
  • Be prepared to troubleshoot urgent issues as they arise.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Proven experience working with real-time data and large datasets in web applications, ensuring efficient rendering and quick load times.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a partly remote, cross-functional team environment.

  • Familiarity with Python 3 and high-availability service patterns is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with WebSocket (both client and server) highly preferred.
  • Experience with relational databases highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with other database technologies a major plus.
  • Familiarity with D3.js, Observable Plot or similar data visualization libraries a major plus.
  • Familiarity with Grafana, ELK is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker and AWS a major plus.
  • Experience in fintech is a plus.

Interview Process

In the first round, we will explain the firm, assess cultural fit, do a short technical screen, introduce the take home, and determine the ideal team you would match with. Take Home Assessment & Presentation. After the presentation, there will be an interview with our project manager and tech lead. You will also have a group interview with select members of our team. Additional rounds may be conducted as necessary with other team members or our partners.

Throughout the process, you'll be assessed for cultural fit through our company values:

  • Drive - We believe the best team members are passionate about what they do, and that propels them to greater heights in their career. It drives them to be part of the best teams where they are exposed to the best ideas.
  • Ownership - We aim to give ownership interest to as many people in the firm as possible, but in return, we expect everyone to act like owners. "Not my responsibility" is a repugnant phrase to us.
  • Judgement - We look for team members who consistently look at the big picture and spend their time on the activities that most drive PnL. They are pragmatic with their time; they don't stick to their narrow domain if it doesn't move the needle.
  • Openness - We want a culture where we proactively share information with one another and challenge each other with constructive debate to reach the truth.
  • Competence - We value people with high intellectual horsepower. They have already become an expert in one or more domains and learn extremely quickly when in unfamiliar territory.

We are a rapidly growing hedge fund, 2 years old, managing a 9-figure AUM, generating 200%+ annualized returns with a 4 Sharpe. We've grown to a team of ~40 across Trading & Research, Tech, and Operations. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing team and industry. Each member of our team can make large, impactful contributions -- for which we compensate very well, with long-term upside.
