About Us

  • Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters is a celebration of Colombian culture, craft, and community.

We act as a bridge between Colombia's rich coffee traditions and London's modern specialty coffee scene, working directly with the farmers who grow our coffee, not just buying from them.

  • That commitment has earned us back-to-back recognition at the

  • Coffee

Festival: Best Independent Coffee Shop 2025 and Best Multi-Site Operator in both 2025 and 2026.

With 10 coffee shops, an ecommerce store, and a wholesale business, we're now in an exciting growth phase which includes expanding our retail footprint across London, launching an international franchise model, and scaling production across UK and EU.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the identity of a brand with genuine momentum.

About the Role

As Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll own our brand and marketing strategy across our coffee shops, ecommerce, wholesale and franchise businesses – with budget, creative control, and founder access from day one.

You'll manage our Social Media & Digital Content Lead, and act as the day-to-day point of contact for our external agencies and partners.

As we scale, the scope of this role will grow with the business and there's a real opportunity to build out your remit, shape the marketing function, and take on more as we expand.

What You'll Do

  • Brand & Storytelling
  • Guard and evolve the Hermanos brand voice, visual identity, and origin story across every touchpoint, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and lead creative concepting for campaigns and brand moments that build genuine community and loyalty, including brand partnerships and brand collaborations (e. g. coffee equipment, suppliers, other brands).
  • Hands-on with design tools to turn around quick in-store or campaign assets yourself, and brief/direct agency or freelance partners for strategic/ larger creative work.
  • Growth & Commercial Marketing
  • Own the marketing budget and calendar, tied to clear commercial KPIs (e. g. footfall, customer lifetime value, brand equity) tracking performance and briefing the founders on results and recommendations.
  • Use customer data and insight (e. g. loyalty, purchase behaviour, feedback) to segment our audience and sharpen targeting across campaigns and channels.
  • Drive ecommerce and retention marketing (Shopify, Klaviyo or similar), and run day-to-day paid social (Meta Business Suite) and briefing our specialist partner for more complex paid channels like Google Ads.
  • Build the marketing playbooks and toolkits that support our franchise partners as we expand internationally.
  • Local Marketing, Team & Partnerships
  • Develop shop-level marketing, local collaborations, partnerships, and community activations to drive footfall across individual shop locations.
  • Line-manage our Social Media & Digital Content Lead, setting priorities and reviewing performance.
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for our marketing partners/ agencies – keeping them accountable for value, and building out the right roster of partners as we need them.
  • Lead our brand presence at flagship industry events (e. g. London Coffee Festival) and support wholesale collateral and award submissions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of marketing and brand management experience in a premium multi-unit hospitality, specialty food & beverage, or retail brand. London market experience preferred.
  • Comfortable owning both the creative (design, brand aesthetics) and commercial (budgets, KPIs) sides of marketing, with a clear track record of delivering campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience across physical retail marketing (POS, local footfall) and ecommerce (Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo or similar).
  • Comfortable using customer data to inform segmentation and campaign strategy, not just creative.
  • Experience with using Adobe Suite and/or similar design applications.
  • A track record in briefing and managing agencies, suppliers and experiential/event activations.
  • Desirable: Exposure to wholesale marketing, franchise-led businesses, and brand merchandising.

What We Offer

  • Discretionary bonus, based on performance (every 6 months).
  • A genuinely hybrid role with real creative and commercial ownership, and a clear path to grow as we scale.
  • The Perks
  • Growth: Direct access to founders and leadership in a fast-growing brand entering international markets.
  • Wellbeing: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, your birthday off, and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Coffee: Unlimited free coffee in-store, plus a free bag of beans every month to take home.
  • Discounts: 30% off food in all our shops when you're not working, plus 10% off retail merchandise.
  • Training: A training budget to deepen your management and marketing skills, and specialty coffee expertise.
