Want to spend your summer on a beautiful island where your day can start with a swim in the clear waters of a secluded cove and end with a BBQ on a golden beach with friends and colleagues? Herm is looking to add to its seasonal team for 2026. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service and passionate about great hospitality that creates wonderful guest experiences.
We have a range of opportunities available in:
- Retail: From selling Herm sweaters to buckets and spades and helping unpack the deliveries from the cargo boat – every day is different and comes with most evenings free.
- Housekeeping: If you thrive on working to deadlines whilst applying your amazing eye for detail with a smile on your face and welcome for every guest then this could be your team. It is a very physical role (think free daily workout) and dirty work – but you do get most evenings off.
- Reception: So much more than just checking guests in/out and taking reservations. You need to be quick thinking and able to stay calm and empathetic to deal with enquiries from table reservations to search parties for lost teddy bears somewhere on the island, from wedding guests that require a remedy asap to guests visiting for their 50th year and wish to reminisce. If you're looking for a 9-5 desk job this isn’t the role for you. If you like people, are a team player and can multi-task please get in touch.
