HeritageXplore is an online platform connecting people with Britain’s independently owned, still-lived-in historic houses. HeritageXplore Club is a £20-a-year membership offering private visits, stays, events and original content; HeritageXplore Luxe is a collection of small-group journeys where guests are received by the families who live there. Since launching in May 2026, the Club has grown to more than 1,000 members.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced digital marketer to lead audience growth and conversion across HeritageXplore Club and Luxe. You will own membership acquisition and social media for both, from campaigns and the sign-up journey to short-form video, email and partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Partnerships Manager, who leads the Club offering and member communications, and contribute ideas to Club programming.
Hybrid: two days a week in our London office. £32,000–£38,000, depending on experience. Closing date 18th January 2027.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media or growth marketing
- Proven track record of growing an audience and converting it into sign-ups, memberships, bookings or sales
- Experience managing brand social channels, including Instagram and TikTok, with strong short-form video skills
- A refined visual and editorial eye, with experience producing content for a premium or luxury brand
- Experience of email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Confident use of analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, GA4) and market research to inform decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and produce clear, persuasive messaging
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once
- An interest in historic houses, architecture, interiors, gardens or travel is a plus
