The Role
- Your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities across the Midlands region.
- Identify, approach, and secure new trade customers while promoting the Heritage Trade Frames product range and service offering.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory.
- Identify and win new trade accounts.
- Build strong relationships with installers, builders, trade counters, and construction businesses.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to account onboarding.
- Present Heritage Trade Frames' products and services to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Monitor market activity and competitor developments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
About You
- A motivated self-starter with a proven track record in field sales.
- Experienced in generating new business and opening new accounts.
- Ideally from the window, door, glazing, building products, or construction supply sector.
- Commercially aware with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Organised, driven, and target-focused.
- Comfortable managing a large geographical territory.
- Full UK driving licence holder.
