Reports To: Finance Manager

Hours of Work: 8:30Am – 5:00Pm Mon – Thurs, 8:30Am – 4:30Pm Fridays

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a solid foundation in accounting and office administration within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Support payroll preparation and timesheet tracking
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team
