We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Woodman. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

We\’re a small batch of handpicked locals – your home for British hospitality. Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. The Woodman is a delightful pub bringing a taste of the traditional to the picturesque village of Woodmansterne just outside of Banstead, Surrey. But tradition isn\’t all we do. Our food menu is brimming with indulgent bites and modern takes on classic dishes, from Sunday lunches to decadent desserts and more. Our drinks range encompasses a variety of craft and cask ales, wines, gins, and crafted cocktails, perfect for every occasion.
