At Pen & Wig, we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team. We will provide all the training and support you need to build your skills. What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.

We\'re a small batch of handpicked locals – your home for British hospitality. Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. Located near Cardiff Crown Court, and so named due to the large number of legal practices in the area, The Pen & Wig is a haven in the middle of the city. Our drinks are our pride, with a vast range of wines, spirits, cocktails and an ever-changing selection of real ales sourced from our local breweries and further afield – earning us a place in Camra’s Good Beer Guide for the last six years. Our stunning beer garden is the ideal spot to enjoy all the beers we have to offer, but when the winter weather gets too chilly, our traditional dishes are the perfect indulgence to warm up with – from hearty Sunday roasts to warming pies, lighter bites, decadent desserts and much more.
