We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to Three Horseshoes. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We\’re a small batch of handpicked locals – your home for British hospitality. Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. A Grade-ll listed early 18th century coaching inn, the Three Horseshoes has offered hospitality to locals and passing travellers in Letchworth for over 400 years, and today is no different. We champion the traditional, serving indulgent Sunday roasts, warming pies, seasonal specials, rich desserts and more, all crafted with a pinch of the premium, and behind the bar is a wide range of cocktails, gins, wines and a host of craft and cask ales. Whether our guests are a Letchworth Garden City local or a welcome newcomer, we welcome them with long lazy lunches, hearty dinners, refreshing drinks or even Champagne brunches!
