Our client are a well established construction subcontractor who specialise in commercial fitout projects. They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in South Manchester!
In return they are offering-
- Competitive salary + car allowance
- Bonus scheme after 1 year service
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Death in Service insurance- 1x annual salary
- Option of hybrid working (2 days work from home)
- RICS membership fees
- Background working for a subcontractor- internal trade preferable

- Can work well towards deadlines
Duties include-
- Commercially delivering a project from conception through to completion.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the Commercial Manager.
- Managing variations and claims.
- Managing the cash flow.
- Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers
- Preparation of final accounts.
