RGN (Nights) at The Lawns is a rota-based night role for an NMC-registered nurse who can lead a shift with confidence and compassion. You will assess residents' needs, promote wellbeing and deliver holistic support through person-centred care plans. You will administer prescribed medicines and maintain clear documentation in line with regulatory policies. This role suits someone warm and professional with strong communication and IT skills, committed to ongoing development. Experience with dementia/end-of-life care and electronic care planning systems (preferably PCS) is beneficial.
