About Our Role: Rosewood Lifecare, located in North Linwood Casual - as and when required AMs’, PM’s and weekend’s shifts. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Domestic service assistant, with a passion for working in the household environment, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive can‑do attitude, have the belief that clean and tidy environment is important to well‑being, and be great at working with people. As a Domestic service assistant, you are responsible for providing an efficient and effective Cleaning & Laundry service for our residents at Rosewood Lifecare. We only want the best for our clients, which is why we are seeking a reliable, helpful professional. Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred; however, full on‑job training will be provided.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
- Ability to build good rapport with others and show empathy.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- A genuine love for helping people, with excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and positive attitude.
- Experience delivering to a quality standard.
