Are you an organised, driven individual passionate about storytelling? We are looking for a proactive Digital Producer or an ambitious Assistant Producer ready to advance their career. You will help deliver ambitious, multi-disciplinary projects around the UK.

The Role
- Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- The Producer is the engine of project delivery, ensuring all initiatives meet our high production values on time and within budget.
- Multi-Disciplinary Production Management: Own the end-to-end execution of projects involving film/video production, 2D/3D animation, interactive exhibits, and bespoke software development.
- Team Coordination & Integration: Serve as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, creative, design, development, technical, and media production teams, ensuring alignment and focused effort across specialised disciplines.
- Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation across multiple projects simultaneously, always prioritising the integrity of the storytelling vision.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading regular project updates, managing expectations, and translating creative feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
- Risk Mitigation & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and manage project-specific risks and bottlenecks, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
Knowledge, skills, and experience
- For Digital Producer Candidates: 3+ years of professional experience within a digital agency, production company, or studio that regularly handles multi-disciplinary projects.
- Demonstrable experience producing: film/video, animation and custom interactive software.
- Proficiency with project management tools and best-practice methodologies.
- For Assistant Producer Candidates: 1-3 years of experience in an Assistant Producer role working on multi-disciplinary digital projects.
- A clear and demonstrable aptitude for advancing into a full Producer role, showcasing exceptional organisation and initiative.
- Essential for All Candidates: A solid foundational understanding of the production lifecycle for time-based media (film/animation) and software development.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A deep, motivating passion for using technology to tell compelling stories.
