Heritage High School is seeking an Intervention Lead to join its dedicated team.

The role will manage the Ambition intervention centre daily, support students on the SEND register and with SEMH, and lead sessions such as Lego Therapy, ELSA and social skills interventions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual with experience supporting young people, and ready to contribute to a high-quality, personalised learning experience within a supportive Trust environment.
