Heritage High School is seeking a Deputy Safeguarding Officer to join our safeguarding team. The role involves liaising with social services, CAMHS and other external agencies, and managing referrals to outside agencies while supporting students and families referred by pastoral staff.
The ideal candidate will have prior DSL/DSO or safeguarding officer experience, a solid understanding of statutory safeguarding requirements, and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
