No Experience? Full Training Provided

Previous Care Experience Is Helpful But Not Essential. We recruit people based on their values, attitude and commitment to delivering excellent care. If you have a caring nature and are willing to learn, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed. Many of our most successful Care Assistants joined us with no previous care experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes with daily activities that help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Assisting with medication where trained
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Companionship and emotional wellbeing
  • Shopping and community visits
  • Mobility and independence support
  • Light household duties
  • Maintaining accurate care records

No two days are the same, and every visit makes a meaningful difference to someone’s life.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Good communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends

Applicants must be within a realistic travel distance and ideally have access to their own vehicle. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Desirable:

  • Care certificates level 3
  • Health & Social Care Qualification
