Heritage Healthcare Windsor is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional Care Manager to lead our local home care service. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams and supporting the continued growth of a successful domiciliary care branch.
As Care Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care while driving operational performance, recruitment, quality and sustainable growth.

We are looking for a leader who can balance quality care, operational performance and team development. You will have:
- Experience managing a domiciliary care or community care service
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance
- Experience supporting recruitment, retention and workforce planning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and the ability to support branch growth
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Domiciliary Care Management experience
- Registered Manager experience
- Branch management or operational leadership experience
- Experience working within CQC-regulated services
