Heritage Healthcare Northampton is recruiting a Registered Care Manager to join our local team. The Registered Care Manager leads safe regulated service delivery and provides the governance needed for clients, staff, families and CQC confidence. This is a role for someone who is kind, reliable and serious about safe, person-centred support. You will be part of a local Heritage Healthcare office that values clear communication, dignity, good record keeping and professional standards.
What you will do:
- Lead regulated activity and CQC readiness.
- Ensure staff are safely recruited, trained, supervised and competent.
- Oversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints and audits.
- Maintain safe staffing and service governance.
What we are looking for:
- Right to work in the UK confirmed before employment.
- Strong understanding of safe, person-centred homecare operations.
- Able to lead staff, manage risk and maintain clear records.
- Working knowledge of safeguarding, complaints, incidents and quality assurance.
- Able to evidence safe recruitment, supervision, training and governance controls.
- Able to meet CQC registered manager fitness expectations.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 regulated activity framework.
