Care Assistant / Support Worker £13.50 – £14.50 per hour + paid mileage + paid travel time. Flexible part‑time shifts in North Tyneside & South Northumberland.

About the role

We provide expert care at home, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. This is a people‑focused role where you’ll build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.

Your role will include:

  • Companionship – building trust and meaningful connections
  • Personal care – supporting with washing, dressing, and dignity
  • Medication management – administering and supporting with medication safely in line with care plans and training
  • Daily support – meal preparation and light domestic duties
  • Mobility assistance – helping clients stay active and safe

What we’re looking for:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • No previous experience needed – we provide full training and ongoing support.
