About the role
At Heritage Healthcare North Tyneside & South Northumberland, we provide expert care at home, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. This is a people-focused role, where you’ll build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Companionship – building trust and meaningful connections.
- Personal care – supporting with washing, dressing, and dignity.
- Medication management – administering and supporting with medication safely in line with care plans and training.
- Daily support – meal preparation and light domestic duties.
- Mobility assistance – helping clients stay active and safe.
