About the role

At Heritage Healthcare North Tyneside & South Northumberland, we provide expert care at home, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. This is a people‑focused role, where you’ll build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.

Key responsibilities

  • Companionship – building trust and meaningful connections
