Heritage Healthcare Trafford & Cheshire is seeking dedicated Community Home Care Professionals for Altrincham and the surrounding Trafford areas. Due to increased client demands, our team is expanding, so we have 3 current opportunities. Part time and full time applicants will be considered. Some previous care experience preferred.
As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping adults maintain their independence and wellbeing in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
- Companionship: Building trust and friendships.
- Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, and dignity.
- Daily Support: Meal preparation, medication prompts, and light domestic duties.
- Mobility: Helping clients stay active and safe.
Essential Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and reliable individuals
- Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of our clients
- You must be available to work shifts for a minimum of 3 days mid-week, plus alternate weekends. Various shifts between the hours of 8am and 10pm.
