Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance – Ensure full compliance with CQC Registration Service Levels, Company Policies, and all relevant regulations
  • Team Leadership – Manage recruitment, training, appraisal, and supervision of all care staff to maintain the highest standards
  • Operational Excellence – Maintain an effective 24/7 on-call service and ensure seamless care delivery
  • Business Development – Establish new care packages in line with business growth and client needs
  • Strategic Support – Collaborate with senior management on networking activities and marketing initiatives
  • Client Relations – Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Essential Requirements:

  • Education – Recognised qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 3 minimum)
  • Preferred – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
  • Alternative – Level 3 qualified candidates actively studying towards CQC recognised qualifications are welcome
  • Regulatory – Meet CQC Registered Manager requirements or demonstrate commitment to achieving them
  • Skills – Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Transport – Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
  • Experience – Proven track record in domiciliary care management
