Land’s End Landmark, part of the Heritage Attractions Group, is located at the most south-westerly point of mainland Britain and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. Our mission is to preserve, protect, and promote Britain’s landmarks while delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
Salary: 40-43K depending on experience
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Visitor Attractions Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our site, covering retail, attractions, catering, and logistics. This is a senior management role, reporting directly to the General Manager, where you’ll inspire and develop your teams to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise performance across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop departmental managers and their teams.
- Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and HR compliance.
- Drive commercial performance across retail, catering, and attractions.
- Ensure legal and company compliance across all areas of operation.
- Deliver high standards in health, safety, and visitor experience.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and purchasing activity.
- Act as Duty Manager on a rota basis, ensuring smooth daily operations.
