The Land’s End Hotel is part of Heritage Attractions Group, an established visitor attraction and hospitality business operating a collection of iconic destinations across Great Britain.
Land’s End Hotel is seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our 35-bedroom hotel and associated hospitality businesses at one of the UK’s most iconic destinations. Reporting to the General Manager of Land's End wider businesses, you will oversee the Hotel, First & Last Inn, self-catering accommodation, weddings and events, bars and restaurants.
The role will focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high operational standards, developing our people and achieving strong commercial performance.
- Lead the day-to-day hotel and hospitality operation.
- Maintain high standards across accommodation, food, beverage and customer service.
- Manage staffing, rotas, budgets and payroll effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, licensing and statutory requirements.
- Manage accommodation rates, booking systems, OTA relationships and revenue opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standards and business performance.
- Work closely with the General Manager and wider Heritage Attractions Group Senior Management Team.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with:
- 3+ years’ experience within a hotel management environment.
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager or similar senior role.
- Food Safety Level 3 and a Personal Licence.
- Experience with hotel booking systems and revenue management.
- An understanding of budgets, GP, payroll and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Guestline, Hotel Perfect, Booking.
