We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a strong understanding of the local property market. Previous administrative experience and multilingual capabilities are considered advantageous. Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and support.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for property listings across various platforms.

Experience
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not essential; strong organisational skills are required.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
