Heritage Children's Homes in Swindon, Wiltshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our Ofsted-rated Good home. This is a values-led role supporting young people with complex needs and leading a caring team.
You will work 37.5 hours per week across 24 and 48-hour shifts, with a base salary of £34,500 plus £70 per sleep-in, aiming for £40,000+ per year including sleep-ins. The role is permanent and full-time, starting as soon as possible.
