The role of the Flexi Credo Assistant is to support the Credo team in building a trusting relationship with students to maintain and improve their quality of life through engaging in ceramics and the creative arts process to increase independence, confidence, connection, and wellbeing. Some of the people we work with have a range of physical health needs in addition to their mental health needs, who might need more practical support to engage fully in the group learning process.
