Heritage - BRA_208 is seeking a dedicated Full Time Hotel Team Leader to support the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel, bar and restaurant.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations.

In this role you will act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence, oversee all departments, manage staff rotas, and contribute to recruitment, training and development.

A passion for hospitality and high standards is essential.
